School Counseling

The vision of the Fabens Middle School Counseling program is to empower all students to become confident, compassionate, and capable leaders who are academically prepared, emotionally resilient, and socially responsible. Rooted in the values of empathy, respect, and integrity, our students will be equipped to thrive in a diverse and ever-changing world. They will graduate college career and life ready – prepared to make meaningful contributions to their community and beyond.

The mission of the Fabens Middle School Counseling Program is to provide a comprehensive, data-driven counseling program that addresses the academic, career, and social-emotional development of every student. In partnership with educators, families, and the community, school counselors advocate for equity, access, and success for all students. Through proactive services and student centered support, we foster a safe, inclusive environment where every wildcat is inspired to grow, achieve and lead.
