UIL Dictionary Skills Coach
Leticia Beltran is an 18-year veteran English Language Arts and Writing teacher who has been proudly serving the students at Fabens Middle School since 2007. Passionate about fostering a love of reading, Mrs. Beltran finds great joy in helping middle school students discover the power and excitement of language.
She is dedicated to encouraging her students to grow as learners and individuals, both inside and outside the classroom. She believes in supporting students not just academically, but holistically, and often attends their extracurricular activities to cheer them on and build meaningful connections.
Mrs. Beltran also serves as the coach for the UIL Dictionary Skills team. Practices are held after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:35 to 4:00 p.m.
Outside the classroom, she enjoys reading, staying active, and spending quality time with her family.
