Hi, I'm Fabiola Villa, your Instructional Facilitator at Fabens Middle School! I’m passionate about supporting teachers, sparking student growth, and building a strong academic community.

I’m a proud graduate of Cotton Valley Early College High School, where I was part of the very first graduating class—right here in Fabens. As a dual language advocate, I believe that bilingualism is a superpower, and I’m committed to supporting our emergent bilingual students and the teachers who guide them.

With a background in dual language instruction, ESL, and English Language Arts, I bring a collaborative, data-driven approach to coaching. My goal is to make lesson planning easier, instruction more impactful, and professional learning meaningful for every educator.

I’m also a firm believer in the power of technology and AI in education. Whether it’s streamlining planning, enhancing engagement, or supporting interventions, I love helping teachers integrate practical, user-friendly tech tools into their everyday instruction.
